Lilacs remind me of the lilac water the old five and dime used to sell on the square where I grew up. We used to walk to town and rush right in and head straight to the fragrance counter, such as it was. My sister and I would spray whatever they had out and it was usually lilac water. Great aroma. I love lilacs!!!
