A first for me –
this orchid has been living here for a couple of years,
and surprised me this winter by blooming.
Three flowers, with more on the way.
It has been in bloom for 6 glorious weeks.

Absolutely beautiful! I love orchids but I definitely can’t make them bloom like that!

One of the houseplants I inherited from Tessa, a couple of moves ago.
I just kept it watered, and voila!

It now has 5 blooms with a sixth waiting to open. That will be it for now, though.
I found the key is to keep it watered and misted every day!
